Pioneers, Christmas and 2006 Plans
Hola / Hello !
Before the busy Christmas season is upon us, we though it best to send out a quick update of where we are up-to with our plans to move to Puerto Escondido in Mexico to commence a Christian Surfers mission.

Joining Pioneers
Our plan is still to set up a Christian Surfers ministry in Mexico. This will involve partnering with the Christian mission agency Pioneers, as they have better resources to provide administrative and pastoral care support.
In late October we sent off the application papers to join Pioneers. There are a few stages that need to be completed prior to being officially acceptance. We are still working through this process.
Christmas Plans
Since this should be our last Christmas in Australia for sometime, we have booked a visit to Tasmania to spend time with family and friends. We will be there for almost three weeks.
Plans for 2006
Mike has continued working as a carpenter and website builder. It is planned that he will continue to do this until our imminent departure.
Our current plans involve leaving Melbourne at the end of February and spending some time with family and friends in Queensland during March, prior to departing for Mexico.

God has graciously raised some people willing to partner with us. We would like to thank those people for the interest shown.
We continue to work on a prayer brochure and budget, so we will be contacting you in the near future with specific needs and prayer points.
